JotLoader, version 2.2, is native Joomla 1.5.x multilanguage download component (english/german/french/polish) with autopublish feature, allowing administrator operations with groups of files for easier maintenance as well as allocation of external download root directory. Download files can be grouped in categories with own description and customized layout. Any category can be linked to separate menu item with own format layout. Here are also possible multiple assignments of categories to the menu with extended formatting for frontend presentation. To each download file can be assigned Bug Tracker listing with the possibility for registred users to add new problem descriptions and comments. Site administrator can edit/add/delete any text message as well as change the problem status (pending/closed) from site frontend. Simple download statistics is provided. Latest version 2.2.1 has possibility to force registration of front-end users before file download. Version 1.0.3 (english version only, without autopublish mode and multiple assignments to menus) is component suited for Joomla 1.0.x. New developed JotLoader Search Plugin allows to use standart Joomla 1.5 search framework for searching download files together with other content on the web site. Now it is possible to use specific search for download files inside JotLoader (with settings on Page template) and/or general search over the entire content of the site.
